For OH&S and the privacy of your staff members, the location for the immunisation session is required to be adequate in providing privacy to individuals and a safe environment for our nursing staff.

Terms of Quote

Price calculated per vaccination. Price does not include GST.
Employees eligible for free funded vaccines will be charged a service fee only of $14 per person.
Staff absent on the day of the workplace visit can be provided with a prepaid voucher redeemable at any EHA clinic if authorised by the workplace. Vouchers not redeemed are non-refundable.
Quote applies to metro area only. Other areas may incur a travel fee.
