Contact us for advice and bookings for ‘No Jab No Play’ catch up vaccines or Assessment of your Immunisation History for residents and new arrivals within our Council areas that have missed any scheduled vaccinations, or have received vaccination elsewhere in Australia or overseas, we can assess your records and schedule any overdue vaccinations for a charge of $50.00 per assessment that is to be paid in full prior to the commencement. if you are unsure if you’re up to date with your childhood vaccines - 8132 3600.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
- Immunisation records and/our your child's Blue Book (personal health record)
- Medicare card
- If you have access to a printer you can download a consent form and print at home prior to your appointment to save time.
Cancelling or changing your appointment
- A courtesy reminder is sent via e-mail 24hrs prior to your booked appointment. Please call EHA if you need to change or cancel your appointment on 8132 3600. If you are attending a drop in clinic there is no need to notify EHA.
Can I bring my own vaccines?
- In some cases a medical practitioner will complete a script for a vaccine so that the individual can purchase the medication and arrange the vaccination at their convenience. Vaccines purchased under these circumstances are not able to be administered by our Immunisation Nurses as they have not been stored under the control of our offices. Most vaccines are able to be provided to you by us if you provide the script to us. Contact us to discuss which vaccine your GP has recommended and if we are able to assist you
