Catch up immunsation service for missed vaccines or overseas new arrivals

For residents and new arrivals within our Council areas that have missed any scheduled vaccinations, or have received your vaccination elsewhere in Australia or overseas, we can assess your records and schedule any over due vaccinations.

All you have to do is fill in a request for immunisation assessment form here, and provide a copy of your previous Immunisation History in English or translated into English, and return to us via e-mail at eha@eha.sa.gov.au or hand it in at our office.

During the annual influenza season (April-July) the assessing process may take longer than usual as our nursing staff are out of the office for extended periods during this time. We appreciate your patience during this busy time and endeavour to complete all assessments in a timely manner to the best of our ability.

Once the assessment process is completed you will then be contacted and advised of any immunisations that are required to adhere to the National Immunisation program here in Australia.

You can then download your immunsiation history statement (once immunisations have been completed) from the Autsralian Immunisation Register (AIR) or via your own MyGov account.

Do you know if your immunisation records are up to date? For more information, call us on 8132 3600 and we can help.
