For OH&S and the privacy of your staff members, the location for the immunisation session is required to be adequate in providing privacy to individuals and a safe environment for our nursing staff.

Terms of Quote

To confirm your booking, a $250 deposit is required. This amount will be deducted from the total invoice.
Price is calculated per vaccination. Price does not include GST.
Employees eligible for free funded vaccines (+ 65 yo, pregnant people, ATSI people, Medically at Risk) will be charged a service fee only of $25 per person.
Confirmation of the number of employees being immunised is required 14 days prior to your booking. An invoice will be issued based on this confirmed number for payment within 14 days.
Staff absent on the day of the workplace visit will be provided with a prepaid voucher redeemable at any EHA clinic. Vouchers not redeemed are non-refundable.
Worksites located outside a 7km radius of our offices in St Peters will incur an additional travel fee. A quote for this cost will be provided upon request at the time of booking.
Any visits overrun beyond the allocated time period resulting from employee unavailability or lateness will incur an additional charge of $125.00 per hour for the nurse to remain onsite at your request (minimum charge would be $62.50). Please note we may not always be able to accommodate additional time onsite due to other bookings schedule for that day.
Cancellations of booking within 7 days' notice will incur a cancellation fee. Efforts will be made to reschedule the date if available.
