Food Safety at Special Events
Our community enjoys attending special events, including fundraisers and charitable events, school fetes, sausage sizzles, festivals and concerts, involving the sale or supply of food.
If you are hosting such an event please submit the Temporary Event Notification at least 28 days prior to the event.
If you are operating a temporary food business at an event please submit the Temporary Food Premises Notification at least 14 days prior to the event.
Both forms can be found in our Fairs and Special Events Fact Sheet.
Our Environmental Health Officers may inspect the event. Fees may apply. Please contact EHA on 8132 3600 for more information.
