Eastern Health Authority will be hosting the next Food Safety Training session on 26 March 2026.

This session are free to our notified businesses and are designed to introduce basic food handling principles to food handlers. 

 

Important Information:

Please be advised the Food Safety Fundamentals Training hosted by EHA is intended to introduce basic food safety principles to food handlers only and is not a Food Safety Supervisors Training course.

The Food Safety Supervisor course can only be delivered by an approved Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
