There have been some changes to the times and venues for some of the 2016 immunisation clinics. Prospect Clinic is now a morning clinic and Walkerville clinic has moved to a Monday evening. Please check the details on the 2016 Immunisation Timetable available here

Eastern Health Authority is a Local Government (Council) organisation which is funded to provide immunisation services by the councils detailed below.

Due to the popularity of our immunisation clinics from 1 January 2014 EHA will be giving priority access to people who are residents of the councils that fund our services (see list above).  Our clinics will continue to be free for these residents. (There may be a fee for some vaccines).  A $40.00 service fee however will now apply for residents wishing to use our services that live outside of these council areas.

In relation to students attending our clinics for catch-up vaccinations with the School Based Immunisation Program, please be advised that the service is only available to students who attend schools within the council areas detailed above.

Due to occupational health and safety issues for our staff, we are no longer able to accept needles/sharps that are not in approved medical disposable sharps containers. For your convenience, we sell two sizes of 1.4 and 7.8 litre sharps containers for $7.00 and $12.00 each. We are open from 9am to 5pm weekdays (excluding public holidays) if you would like to purchase one.

Please be advised that due to the extremely high demand for our immunisation services that our drop-in clinics may become full pior to the closing time detailed in our timetable.
When this occurs a sign informing clients that the clinic is full will be displayed and advice will be provided in relation to alternative venues for immunisation.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
